We take pride in our roots! If you are within 30km of our Kitchener headquarters, you qualify for our local delivery service.

Orders $40.00 and over: FREE Local Delivery.

Orders under $40.00: $5.00 Flat Rate Delivery.

Deliveries are typically completed within 2-3 business days.

2. Ontario & Quebec

Orders under $150.00: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

All long-distance orders include a small $2.00 handling fee to cover the heavy-duty reinforced packaging required for glass transit.

Shipping FAQ

How is it packed? We use custom-engineered, reinforced boxes designed specifically to protect glass during transit.

Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number (excluding some local delivery routes).

Damages: While we "beef up" our boxes, glass can be temperamental. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours.
