A better look at these delicious portobellos that were grilled on a Big Green Egg! This meal is incredibly tasty & Darren wants you to try them!
4 Giant Portobello Mushrooms
Green Bell Peppers
Rub the Portobello Mushroom's in some Olive Oil and Sea Salt
Cook the Bacon to desired crisp level
On a 350 degree Fahrenheit grill, place the Portobello Mushrooms upside down for approximately 8 minutes (or unit they're filled with water)
Remove them from the grill & stuff with Chopped Green Peppers, Minced Garlic, Goat Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano & Bacon
Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Place the Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms back onto the grill at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 20 minutes
Remove from the grill & garnish with some chopped Green Onions & a Spoonful of Phlippens
