The "If You Know, You Phlippen Know" Hummus

1 Can Chickpeas (Drained & rinsed—give 'em a little spa rinse!)

2 tbsp Tahini (The creamy glue holding your life together)

3 Cloves Garlic (Measure with your heart, but we say 3)

1 Lemon (Juiced for that zing)

2 tbsp Phlippens Original Smoked Sauce (The secret sauce to end all secret sauces)

Pinch of Salt

Splash Water & Olive Oil (To get that "velvet" texture)
The Method

The Puree: Toss the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, and Phlippens into the food processor.

The Flow: Hit the "on" switch and slowly drizzle in your water and olive oil until it’s smoother than a jazz saxophonist.

The Phlippen Dollop: Spread it in a shallow bowl, create a little "crater" with your spoon, and fill that bad boy with extra Phlippens and a swirl of olive oil.
