Grilled Chicken Caesar with Phlippen Twist
The Caesar salad you didn't know you needed. Crispy romaine, crunchy croutons, and grilled chicken meet a creamy Phlippen Caesar dressing that's smoky, tangy, and completely addictive. This isn't a side salad—this is a main event.

Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
- 2 tbsp Phlippens Original Sauce (for chicken)
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
- Salt and black pepper
- Optional: crispy bacon bits, cherry tomatoes
For the Phlippen Caesar Dressing:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Phlippens Original Sauce
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Water to thin (if needed)
The Gear:
- Grill pan or skillet
- Large salad bowl
- Small bowl and whisk for dressing

- Cutting board and knife
Instructions:
- The Chicken Prep: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with 2 tbsp of Phlippens Original Sauce.
- The Grill: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and you get nice grill marks. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- The Dressing: While the chicken rests, make the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Phlippens Original Sauce, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil until smooth. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if the dressing is too thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- The Toss: In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle about half of the dressing over the lettuce and toss until every leaf is lightly coated.
- The Build: Add the croutons and shaved Parmesan to the dressed lettuce and toss again gently.
- The Top: Divide the salad between plates or bowls. Top each with sliced grilled chicken.
- The Finish: Drizzle extra dressing over the chicken, add more shaved Parmesan, and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve immediately.
