Phlippen Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
- ½ cup Phlippens Sauce (your choice), divided
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup ranch dressing or mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced avocado, crispy bacon, pickled jalapeños

Instructions:
- The Season: Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

- The Slice: Slice the chicken into thin strips or dice it into bite-sized pieces. Transfer to a bowl and toss with ¼ cup of Phlippens Sauce until evenly coated.
- The Drizzle Prep: In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing (or mayo) with 2 tbsp of Phlippens Sauce for a smoky, creamy drizzle.
- The Warm: Warm your tortillas in a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds per side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds. This makes them pliable and easier to wrap.
- The Build: Lay a tortilla flat. Spread 2 tbsp of the Phlippens ranch drizzle down the centre. Layer with shredded lettuce, Phlippen chicken, cheese, tomato, red onion, and any optional toppings.
- The Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up, keeping everything tucked in as you go. If needed, secure with a toothpick.
