Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

  • 1/4 cup high-quality mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp Phlippen Hot Smoked Sauce

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Smoked paprika and fresh chopped chives for garnish

The Gear:

  • A sharp knife

  • A small mixing bowl or food processor for an extra-smooth filling

Instructions:

  1. The Slice: Carefully slice your hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Pop those yolks out into a small bowl and set the whites aside on a serving platter.

  2. The Smooth Mix: Mash the yolks with your mayonnaise, Phlippen Hot Smoked Sauce, and Dijon mustard. Keep going until the mixture is silky smooth and that smoky red sauce is fully incorporated.
